You show up. Theme drops. Panic sets in. Run around campus like a detective with a camera. Submit ONE photo. Judges decide your fate.

EVENT FLOW:
  1. Check-in & Brief (10 mins): Participants register and rules are explained (phone/DSLR allowed, no old photos).
  2. Theme Reveal: One surprise theme is revealed on the spot to keep the competition fair and exciting.
  3. Shoot Window (60 + 20 mins): Participants roam the campus and capture their photographs within the given time. Everyone must return before the deadline — late submissions will be disqualified.
  4. Submission: Each participant submits one final photograph (JPEG format) renamed with their Registration ID.
  5. Shortlisting: Entries are pre-screened by the event team before being sent to the judges.
  6. Judging & Results: Top entries are displayed and winners are announced.

DIMAG KI BATTI JALAO (Copywriting)

Forget the AI-polished drafts and group-chat approvals; Dimag Ki Batti Jalao is a 30-minute survival test for your raw, unfiltered brainpower. You, a pen, and a surprise prompt enter the ring, no Wi-Fi, no ChatGPT, and absolutely no recycled Instagram captions allowed.

• Prompt will be revealed on the spot
• May include brand briefs, ad situations, headline challenges, or creative copy tasks
• Participants must write strictly on the given prompt

• Total time: 30 minutes
• Includes brainstorming, writing, editing, and finalizing
• No extra time will be given
5. Thinking Window
• Brainstorm freely
• Delete ruthlessly
• Stare at the ceiling
• Rewrite the same line 27 times
• Solo participants work alone
6. Submission
• One final copy per participant / group
• Format depends on the brief (headline, caption, tagline, script, etc.)
• English is highly preferred. Use of any other language, except for few specific words, are not recommended.
• Submission must be labeled with Registration ID only

7. Originality Policy
• Entries must be 100% original
• Plagiarism or AI-generated content will lead to immediate disqualification
• Originality will be checked during shortlisting

BARE MINIMUM RULES
• Old-School Only- Pens and paper are your only weapons.Phones, internet, and AI tools? Kindly let them rest for 30 minutes.
• Tick-Tock, Copy Clock- You have 30 minutes total to brainstorm, write, panic a little, edit, and submit brilliance.
• One Shot, One Kill-Only one final submission is allowed. Choose wisely. Label it with your Registration ID only, no names, no signatures, no Easter eggs.
• Be Original, Be Real- Your copy must be 100% original. Plagiarism or AI-generated content = instant exit.
• Play Fair, Win Fair-No misconduct, no disruption, no funny business. Judges decisions are final; arguing won’t improve your copy.

BECH KE DIKHAO (Brand Pitch)

Pick a random product under ₹100 and turn it into the next big thing. You get 15 minutes to invent a brand and prepare your pitch, then 2 minutes to convince the judges and audience that your product is absolutely life-changing.

1.Check-in & Brief (10 mins) You show up. Rules are explained. Fear is optional.
2.Product Reveal You pick one product from the Sales Basket. You don’t choose wisely, the universe chooses for you. All items under ₹100. No swapping. No bargaining. No crying.
3.Think Time (10–15 mins) Brain loading… You invent a brand. You invent benefits. You invent confidence if required. No scripts. No pressure. Just prepare to talk your way out of it.
4.Live Selling Round You get 1.5–2 minutes. You pitch. You interact. You convince strangers that this product would changed their life. Talk to judges. Talk to audience. Talk nonsense but make it believable.
5.Twist Drop (because why not?) Just when you feel safe, twist enters. Sell it like: •a luxury product •a reel •a friend recommendation •a dramatic life solution.
6.Judging & Results We judge. You overthink. Winners happen.

ULTE DEKHUN PALTE GECHE (Reimagining Brands)

Bring your creative partners-in-crime (2–3 members). You’ll get 3–4 campaign briefs — pick one and completely reimagine it. Keep the brand name, but flip the strategy, marketing, and experience in bold, creative ways. AI visuals are allowed, but the idea must be original. Present your campaign in a 5–10 slide PPT and pitch it in 4 minutes. Impress the judges, defend your madness, and don’t be boring.

1. Campaign Reveal (One Week Before D-Day)
• Teams get 3-4 campaign options one week in advance.
• This is your prep era, strategy, ideas, PPT, visuals… locked and loaded.
2. Campaign Lock-In
• Each team picks ONE campaign from the list.
• Campaign name + core brand identity stay.
• Everything else? Creative remix unlocked
3. Reimagination Mode: ON
• Rework how the campaign is marketed, positioned, and experienced.
• Go bold. Go fun. Go unhinged (but make it logical).
• Big ideas > safe ideas.
4. PPT & Visual Glow-Up
• Teams arrive fully prepped with PPT and visuals.
• Posters, ads, reels, mock creatives—everything must be embedded in the PPT. • If it’s not on the slide, it didn’t happen.
5. Event Briefing
• Quick briefing to set the mood and start the madness.
6. Pitch Time
• Team-wise presentations begin.
• Each team gets 5 minutes (strict, no extra seconds) to pitch their campaign using PPT + visuals.
• Convince. Impress. Pitch it like you mean it.
7. Q&A Reality Check
• Judges and/or audience ask questions.
• Defend your idea. Justify the chaos. Stand by your concept.
8. Evaluation & Results
• Judging based on creativity, bold thinking, visuals, and justification.
• Scores are compiled.
• Results are announced.
• Bragging rights secured. Applause guaranteed.

4. AI: Visuals Yes, Brain No • AI tools are allowed only for visuals (posters, ads, reels, mock creatives). • The idea must come from you, not your chatbot bestie.
5. Copy = Bye-Bye • Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. • If it’s copied, you’re copied out.
6. Visuals Are Non-Negotiable • Visuals are compulsory. • And yes, they must be inside the PPT—not “we’ll explain”.
7. PPT is Mandatory • Minimum 5 slides, maximum 10 slides. • Presentation time: 5 minutes (no extensions, no mercy). • Content must be original, respectful, and relevant. No scripts. No offensive content. Judges decision final.

At মঞ্চে মনচুরি, we don’t just act, we live a hundred lives in one spotlight. A stage play event that’s equal parts emotion, madness, and magic.

Rules :-
• Maximum of 1 team per college can participate in the event. The theme of the event is kept open for the participating team.
• The script can be in English, Hindi or Bengali. Each team must consist of maximum of 7+3 members, The other 3 members includes non-performers under the light, sound and backstage management.
• A total limit of 20 minutes (excluding 5 minutes for setup) per team will be allotted for their presentation (including stage setup).
• Only pre-recorded background scores will be allowed, which must be submitted to the host college in advance. However, narrations should be made live on stage. The host college will provide 3 tables and 6 chairs for participating teams.
• Any extra requirements should be notified prior and is subject to availability of the same.
• Props are to be brought by the participating teams themselves.
• Carrying any sort of liquid, glass, powdered elements, sharp or inflammable objects is not allowed inside the college premises and will lead to disqualification.
• Any sort of un-parliamentary, derogatory or inappropriate content or a. blasphemy hurting the sentiments of any political party or religion is strictly restricted. It may lead to negative marking or even disqualification.
• The time limit must be strictly followed by the participating teams.
• The host college takes no responsibility for the loss of any valuables or props brought by the participating team.
• The team will be judged on the basis of content, originality, acting, clarity, presentation, team coordination and time management.
• The decision of the judge will be final and binding.

Welcome to the একাই অ্যাক্টো, where emotions wear no mask and madness meets meaning. One performer daring to do it all. One story. Infinite feelings. Pure emotional chaos. It’s not just theatre; it’s a heart-to-heart with a punchline.

• Scripts can be bilingual (English/Bengali)
• Each team must have two members (one actor, one crew member)
• The time limit for each team is 6 to 8 minutes (including setup and space clearance)
• Lightweight props are allowed
• Any sort of fluid, live animals, heavy flame, heavy or sharp object, or any material with potential to damage the space are strictly prohibited
• One chair and one table will be provided. Extra materials are allowed at organizer's discretion
• Participants must manage their own playback music (music should be brought in Mp3 format on a pen-drive
• Light will be provided. Participants can communicate with light management prior to the starting of competition
• Obscenity, as judged, may lead to disqualification.
• Judges' decisions are final
• Participants must mandatorily bring a valid ID card
• Violation of any rule will lead to disqualification.

The রাস্তায় আদিখ্যেতা event blends humor, heartbreak, and humanity in one beautiful mess. No fancy curtains, no glittering lights just raw stories and louder emotions! Come for the drama, stay for the goosebumps (BEWARE: This one’s got crowd-pull written all over it)!

• One entire participating Team should contain musicians, crew etc are within the limit of the team.
• Prohibition fluid, live animals, heavy flame, heavy sharp objects
• Usage of light flame, powder gulaal is allowed, but participants have to clean up after their performance.
• Only live music allowed (No electronic instrument should be brought which requires a plug-in)

An on ground character illustration challenge based on the theme revealed on the event date.Participants must design an original character along with a meaningful caption that enhances the concept. (Participants are requested to bring their own essential art supplies)

Doodle Katha

A visual storytelling competition where teams narrate a story through illustrated panels. The topic will be revealed during Registration. Teams must present a cohesive narrative with clear stylization and impactful visuals.

Violence, nudity, gore, or discrimination based on caste, religion, or race is strictly prohibited.

An animated short film competition celebrating storytelling through motion. Teams must create a 25–30 second animation in 2D, 3D, or stop motion format.

Duration: 25–30 seconds
Rules:
Maximum 6 members per team.

A digital poster design competition based on the theme revealed on the event date. Participants are expected to create a visually compelling and conceptually strong design.

THE
GENERAL RULES

All participants must carry a valid student ID card of their respective college/university.

All accompanists must also carry their student ID cards during the events.

Registered participants for any event must confirm their presence at the respective registration desks at least 60 minutes prior to the event. Failure to do so may render their participation void.

In case of group events, if there is a necessity for any member substitution, the event coordinators must be informed at least one day prior to the event.

On-spot registrations are subject to the availability of slots. The list of events (if any) under this category will be uploaded on our social media platforms and intimated to participants.

To register for events participants need to pay an amount of Rs 29 (for solo participants), Rs 49 (for group participants) only using the attached OR code/website Rules of the events are subject to change on fair ground.
